1. Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If the wrong product was shipped to you, you may request a return or exchange.
- Expiry or Quality Issues: For food masalas, any products found to be expired or compromised in quality can be returned within the specified period.
Note:
- Returns are not accepted for opened or used products unless the item is defective or damaged.
- For hygiene reasons, hair care and body care products cannot be returned once opened, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Return Timeframe
- Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery for all products.
- Food masalas must be returned in their original packaging and sealed condition for a valid refund.
3. Refund Process
- Upon approval of the return, a full refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In cases of replacement, the replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or report an issue:

- Product name and quantity
- Description of the issue (damaged, defective, incorrect, expired)
- Photos of the product, if applicable

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost.
- For returns due to personal preference or other reasons not caused by us, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food masalas, hair care, and body care products without defects
- Promotional items or free samples
